1. What this site is

ndis.page is an independent NDIS information resource and a studio offering accessible web development, form creation and form processing for NDIS providers. Using the site means accepting these terms.

2. Independence & trademarks

ndis.page is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or the Australian Government. “NDIS”, “National Disability Insurance Scheme” and related names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the subject matter. For official information, go to ndis.gov.au.

3. Information is general, not advice

The guides and other content on this site are general information to aid understanding. They are not legal, financial, clinical, migration or NDIS-planning advice, are not a substitute for the NDIA’s official information or decisions, and must not be relied on for decisions about eligibility, plans, funding or care. Always confirm current details with official sources, and seek qualified advice for your situation.

4. No NDIS decisions or representation

We do not determine eligibility, manage plans, deliver disability supports, or handle complaints. Those are matters for the NDIA, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and registered/qualified professionals. Contact details for those bodies appear throughout this site.

5. Services are scoped per engagement

Any web development, form or processing work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, accessibility targets, data handling and fees. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance or a guarantee of any specific outcome, ranking or result.

6. Provider responsibilities

Where we build or process forms for a provider, the provider remains responsible for its own legal, privacy, record-keeping and NDIS-compliance obligations. We design for accessibility and privacy and will work alongside your processes, but we don’t assume your regulatory responsibilities or provide legal advice.

7. External links

We link to external sites, including ndis.gov.au and the NDIS Commission. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content; links are provided for convenience and as the authoritative source.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), the site and its information are provided “as is”, and we’re not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information, the unavailability of the site, or third-party content. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to re-supplying the relevant information or service.
