1. Who we are
ndis.page is an independent NDIS information resource and web studio operating in Australia. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We are not the NDIA and do not access the NDIS system on your behalf.
2. What we collect
Browsing this site requires no account and sets no cookies; we run no analytics or advertising trackers. The only personal information we collect is what you submit through the enquiry form: your name, organisation (optional), email, phone (optional) and your message.
3. Please don’t send participant information
Our enquiry form is for business enquiries, not participant records. Please do not include any NDIS participant’s personal, health or sensitive information in the form. Describe what you need, not the people you support. If we work together, we’ll set up appropriate, secure channels for any sensitive data.
4. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work. We don’t sell your details, add you to marketing lists, or share them except as needed to provide what you asked for.
5. How submissions travel
The enquiry form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party relay, to our inbox over an encrypted connection. For client projects involving sensitive data, we agree secure handling arrangements separately rather than relying on a contact form.
6. Client form-processing work
When we build and process forms for a provider, that provider is the entity responsible for the personal information collected through their forms; we act on their instructions and design for privacy and security. Each engagement sets out data handling, retention and security in writing.
7. Retention, access & deletion
Enquiry messages are kept while relevant and then deleted in periodic clean-ups. You can ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted — just ask via the form. Complaints can also be made to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
